Chocolate and lemon

The base
250gr of petit beurre biscuits
300gr chocolate
200gr butter
4 tbs cognac (if you like it)
2 tbs cocoa
3 tbs granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 vanillas
Mix the butter and sugar until they are fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, the vanilla extract, the cognac. Beat in a slow speed and then add the cocoa
Add the biscuits in the mixture and the chocolate melted.
On a lined pan scrape the mixture, spread it evenly and place it in the fridge to cool.
Lemon cream
250 gr heavy cream
1 tsp condensed milk
1 vanilla
juice from 1 lemon
lemon peel
1 sachet of lemon jello
a little powered sugar
In a bowl mix the heavy cream with the sugar. Add the milk, lemon juice and peel plus the jello that you have diluted in cup of warm water.
Spread it on top of the biscuit base and put back in the fridge.
During summer you can ever place it in the freezer.
Its very yummy and the kids (young and old) love it!
