The perfect chocolate cake

The perfect chocolate cake from petite utile!

Ingredients
1 cup cocoa
2 cups of water, 1 warm 1 cold
3 cups sifted flour (for all purposes)
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of bakind soda
2 tea spoons of baking powder
1 cup sunflower oil
2.5 cups of sugar
4 eggs
4 vanilla extracts

Directions
Mix the oil with sugar into the mixer bowl and pour the eggs one by one.

Melt the cocoa in warm water, pour the cold water and all that into the mixture.

Beat with the mixer a little more.
In the sifted flour pour the salt, soda, baking powder and vanilla extacts.
Add these, too, into the mixture.

Put the mixture in an oil covered cake pan and bake in 347F.

Το τέλειο σοκολατένιο κέικ από την petite utile!

Υλικά
1 φλ. κακάο
2 φλ. νερό,1 ζεστό 1 κρύο
3 φλ. κοσκινισμένο αλεύρι (για όλες τις χρήσεις)
1 κ. γλ. αλάτι
1 κ. γλ. σόδα
2 κ. γλ. baking powder
1 φλ. ηλιέλαιο
2.5 φλ. ζάχαρη
4 αυγά
4 βανίλιες

Εκτέλεση
Δουλεύουμε το λάδι με τη ζάχαρη στο μίξερ και ρίχνουμε ένα ένα τα αυγά.
Αφού λιώσουμε το κακάο με το ζεστό νερό, ρίχνουμε και το κρύο και όλο μαζί στο μίγμα.
Χτυπάμε λίγο ακόμα με το μίξερ.
Μέσα στο κοσκινισμένο αλεύρι ρίχνουμε το αλάτι, τη σόδα, το baking powder και τις βανίλιες.
Προσθέτουμε και αυτά στο μίγμα.
Χτυπάμε με το μίξερ όλα τα υλικά.
Βάζουμε το μίγμα σε λαδωμένη φόρμα και ψήνουμε στους 175 βαθμούς Κελσίου.

Cel lives in Thessaloniki, Greece.  
Her love for Japanese kawaii culture and fashion, and the difficulty to find such accessories where she lives, led her to start crafting and creating all sorts of stuff for her and her friends and soon she started selling some of her creations online.
